Smyth County Magistrate's Office Will Be Open 24/7 Starting Thursday, July 31, 2025
Effective Thursday, July 31, 2025, at 8:00 AM, the Smyth County Magistrate’s Office will be open to the public 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The office is located in the Smyth County Courthouse in Marion, with public access through the entrance on the west side of the Courthouse, facing N. Park Street.
